The Zeiss Metrotom is an industrial computed tomography system for measuring and inspecting complete components made of all materials. With traditional measuring technology, hidden structures can be inspected after the time-and-cost consuming process of destroying the component layer-by-layer, but this CT scanner removes that barrier to measurements.
Precise, Easy and Fast
Numerous component characteristics are scanned in one run with the CT scanner. The resulting measurements are precise and traceable. Unlike contact measuring methods, Zeiss Metrotom is significantly faster when capturing numerous measuring points.
The accompanying GOM Volume Inspect is an easy-to-use analysis software for complete CT data analysis in 3D Precisely analyze geometries, shrinkage holes, or internal structures and assemblies. Uncover even the smallest defects through individual sectional images.
Zeiss Metrotom 1
Surprisingly compact, the Metrotom 1's dimensions are 1750 mm (W) x 1820 mm (H) x 870 mm (D) and fits into any metrology lab. Carry out in-house measurements and quality assurance without external measuring services.
